WHAT TO EXPECT

This is a great introduction to lifting under the guidance of a coach.  If you’ve ever wanted to build a little muscle or give your body a stronger leaner look then this class in conjunction with a sensible diet could be the answer for you.   Maybe you just want to get stronger, then this would also be a great starting point before starting a specialised lifting program.

After a warm up we will look at the technique of a barbell lift and then use that lift in a strength based workout.  Building muscle means you will burn more calories even when you are at rest.  It can improve your posture and give you a stronger more athletic look.

No.  Whether you are an lifter looking for a quick class or who is taking a break from their program or a newbie who’s never lifted before, you are more than welcome in this class.

Yes we are a family gym. We provide areas for children to safely sit and watch.  We also have free WIFI.  HOWEVER we do not take any responsibility for your children.  While heavy weights are being lifted it is important that children remain in the designated areas.

HIIT THAT

High Intensity Interval Training. HIIT involves repeated bursts of high intensity exercise with small recovery periods. This enables you to achieve results in improved muscle tone, fat burning, strength building, endurance and cardio fitness all in less time than by most other methods.

HELLS BELLS

A friendly client goal based gym. Our hells bells classes are a 30 minute express workout!  These workouts are generally a lower impact sessions as we are using light weights at high reps to achieve a lean, toned body.  We use Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells, Battling Ropes, Slam Balls, Wall Balls, Bulgarian bags and more to burn them kgs.  These group fitness workouts are always different but could be any of these styles or even something new –  bootcamp, HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training), Crossfit style workouts, medium intensity resistance training, circuits or team challenges.

HALF HOUR OF POWER

Half Hour Of Power is perfect if you a busy person but want real results. If you are living in Gawler, Barossa or surrounds and you want to lose a little (or a lot) of weight or maybe you want to see some definition in your shoulders or booty. To stop boredom these classes constantly change but the one thing that stays the same is the amazing glow you’ll get when you are done.  You will use kettlebells, dumbbells, slam balls, wall balls, rowers and more to smash your way to peak fitness!
